Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LUNA – AI Art Generator (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). LUNA is operated by Rocket Digital Limited, registered in Hong Kong (1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of LUNA after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

LUNA is an AI art generator app that uses artificial intelligence to generate images from text prompts. The Service includes:

• Text-to-image AI generation
• AI portrait and avatar generation
• Photo transformation and style transfer
• Anime, fantasy, and photorealistic art generation
• 4K image upscaling (Pro feature)
• Access to 20+ AI models including Flux, DALL-E 3, Imagen 4, Ideogram 3, and more

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LUNA. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

LUNA offers free and paid subscription tiers (“LUNA Pro”). Subscriptions are managed through:

• Apple App Storefor iOS users — subject to Apple's payment terms
• Google Play Storefor Android users — subject to Google's payment terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. Refunds are handled according to the App Store or Google Play refund policies.

6. Content Policy and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LUNA to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Depicts real people without their consent in a misleading or defamatory way
• Contains explicit sexual content involving minors (strictly prohibited — will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities)
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Is intended for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices

We use automated content moderation (including Microsoft Azure Content Safety) and reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate this policy.

7. Intellectual Property and Ownership

7.1 Your Content

For LUNA Pro subscribers: you own the AI-generated images you create using the Service and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any restrictions imposed by the underlying AI model providers (OpenAI, Replicate, Fal.ai, etc.).

For free-tier users: images are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

7.2 Our Intellectual Property

The LUNA app, its design, code, branding, and content are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

LUNA integrates the following third-party services to deliver the app experience:

Your use of LUNA is also subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

LUNA is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LUNA.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to LUNA at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
